SACMID Board of Trustee Meeting held

The 2nd Board of Trustee Meeting was held on 19 September (2018) at SACMID Office. The meeting was started at 3-30 P.M. with an introductory speech from AHM Bazlur Rahman, the Secretary of SACMID. Honorable Chairman of the Board – Barrister Manzoor Hasan chaired the meeting. The meeting has covered the following agenda:

  1. Review and approval of the last meeting minutes
  2. Updating the progress in NGO Bureau registration process
  3. Update on-going activities
  4. Updated Financial report
  5. AOB

The other members who participated in the meeting were: Ms. Fauzia Haq (FCA), treasurer of SACMID, Mr. Nazar-E-Zilani, member and Ms.Shanaj Sharmin, member of SACMID Board. Mr.Monzurul Ahsan Bulbul, the Vice Chairperson of SACMID Board could not attend the meeting due to one of his unavoidable pre-occupations.

After the approval and review of the last meeting minutes, on permission of the Chairman, Mr. Syed Kamrul Hasan, Deputy Director and overall operational in charge of SACMID, reported in details of the progress of NGO Bureau registration and of the programs accomplished so far.The treasurer has presented the audit report of 2017 and the receipt & payment status of 2018 up to 31st August.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The members have proposed to hold the next meeting BOT meeting during the 2nd week of December of the current year. At the end Chairman thanked all Board members to join and the newly introduced SACMID staff members to organize such a meeting and update on the latest progress.
